Co-Host

Founder of Houston-based Gordon Restaurant Consulting, Fred Gordon has 18+ years in the industry, a limitless ability to bring management teams together, and a keen eye for detail.

Fred began in restaurants as a server, then went on to hold roles in FOH management, kitchen management, and as GM of three locations for one of the most successful Houston restaurant chains, before starting his independent consultancy.

​SARAH WILLIAMS

Producer & Co-Host

Founder of Brooklyn-based 816 New York, Sarah Williams is a management consultant and brand strategist whose restaurant clients have earned broad exposure, local fanfare, and glowing press.

Among other roles, Sarah served as garde manger in a severe fine dining kitchen, managing and training sous chefs. She has supported restaurants as an independent consultant for nearly 15 years.
